SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Edyt Beauty, we operate on a hybrid curation model. This means we source products in two ways:
- Direct Curation: Exclusive items sold and shipped directly through our store.
- Partner Recommendations: Curated favorites that are fulfilled by trusted retail partners (such as Amazon, Sephora, or direct brand sites).
Please review the policy below to understand how your specific order will be handled.
- ORDERS PURCHASED DIRECTLY ON EDYT BEAUTY: Applies to items where you completed checkout on edytbeauty.com.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Estimated Shipping Times: Because we source our "Edyt Beauty Essentials" from specialized boutique manufacturers and global warehouses to ensure the best price and quality, shipping times may vary.
- United States: 7–15 Business Days
- International: 10–20 Business Days
Note: During high-volume periods (holidays, product launches), processing may take an additional 2–3 days.
Split Shipments (Why did I only receive half my order?) To get products to you as fast as possible, we ship items immediately as they become available. If you ordered multiple items (e.g., a facial tool and a sleep mask), they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking Page.

ORDERS PURCHASED VIA RETAIL PARTNERS Applies to items where you clicked "Buy on Amazon" or "Shop at Vendor".
For many of the products we review and recommend (such as major brand cosmetics), Edyt Beauty acts as a curator. When you click a link to purchase these items, you are redirected to a third-party partner.
- Shipping Policy: The shipping policy of that partner (e.g., Amazon Prime 2-Day Shipping) applies to your order.
- Customer Support: Issues regarding shipping, returns, or damages for these items must be directed to the retailer where the transaction occurred. Edyt Beauty cannot track or manage shipments for orders placed on external websites.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES For Direct Orders: If your package is marked as "delivered" but is missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hi@edytbeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Damaged Items: Please include a photo of the damaged product and the packaging. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
- Lost Packages: We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS For Direct Orders: We ship globally. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
