Targets
4.4/5
For waves through coils that want bounce without crunch. Skip it if a cream already clumps the curl.
Formula standards
4.4/5
A foam that should dry soft. Use on soaking-wet hair or it can feel crispy.
The verdict
A good everyday mousse if foam is the texture. One can is enough.
